Internet Sales terms and conditions
- The information on this site may contain typographical errors concerning ticket prices, times, and event information. Ticketservice.com is not responsible for any such errors.
- Our service charge is the amount charged over the face value of the tickets.
- All tickets listed on this site are subject to prior sale and or price changes. Tickets listed on this site are from many (not all) of Ticketservice.com's sources, and further ticket inventory
listed is updated at most daily, and is not ``live" inventory.
- Confirmation: Ticketservice.com must be able to confirm your order by phone, whereby Ticketservice.com shall call you the customer before any sale can actually be consummated. Due to market conditions and prior sales,
no order or ticket price will be guaranteed until Ticektservice.com has verbally confirmed your order and payment is received.
- Orders placed after 3 p.m. CST or on weekends may not be processed until the next working weekday.
- Ticketservice.com is not responsible for lost orders due to computer error or Internet problems. Remember if you don't hear from us call at 847-991-9992 to check on your order.
- Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, by electronic capture or other form of payment, then all sales are final. There are no refunds, no exchanges,
no order cancellations. Which means once we put the charge through or recieve confirmation of payment, they're your tickets, even if you fail to pick-up or accept delivery of said tickets.
- There is a $8.50 service charge per ticket on cancelled events refunds, or you may receive a full in store credit the choice is yours. Tickets for cancelled events must be returned no later
than 3 weeks after the date of the event.
- There are no refunds or exchanges given for rescheduled events.
- All mailing and delivery charges are non-refundable.
- In the event of a rainout for baseball, the tickets must be returned by you the customer, to the ballpark for some game not yet sold out, or whatever refund policy the ballpark has at the
time. Rainouts are never returned to Ticketservice.com.
- Ticketservice.com is not responsible for seating changes made by a venue or unusual stage set-ups that may hamper view. Ticketservice.com relies on the original seller of the ticket to
print or mark every limited or obstructed seat on the ticket. Any such failure, shall not be considered the fault of Ticketservice.com and having fulfilled our obligation of supplying a
ticket with matching section and seat numbers that are not marked or printed obstructed or limited view we have completed our obligation.
- Ticketservice.com will inform you before you purchase any tickets if said tickets are marked limited or obstructed view before the sale, and prices would reflect that of an obstructed get in the door ticket.
- You the consumer agree to pay any litigated and non-litigated collection costs and expenses and legal fees that Ticketservice.com may incur due to any credit card charge backs. (A
charge back is the credit card version of stopping payment on a check!)
- While the prices listed on this site are our full sale price, Ticketservice.com does discount 5% for cash purchases out of our office. We also quote the discounted cash price when any
customer calls but the 5% is added back to the total when they purchase by credit card. Also when calling you are quoted up to the minute pricing while the internet prices listed are only
updated on a daily basis. Therefore it may appear that you could get a different price quote by calling our office for the current market quote.
- Ticketservice.com shall not be responsible or held liable for monetary or consequential damages of any kind due to any customer reliance on any order not yet confirmed by
Ticketservice.com. In placing you order over the Internet you the consumer agree to hold Ticketservice.com harmless from any and all claims if an order is not, or has not, or can not be confirmed.
- In placing any order on our website you acknowledge you have read and agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
